1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify prices or products at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

Order confirmation does not constitute a final commitment until payment is confirmed.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and electronic payment via methods available on the website.
If an electronic payment fails, the order will not be automatically confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders. Please refer to the Shipping Policy page for full details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us first via WhatsApp or email.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data and do not share it with third parties except for delivery purposes or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, logos, and text is the exclusive property of Bra Secret and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bra Secret shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of the website or products outside of their stated usage guidelines.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

مرحباً بكِ في Bra Secret. باستخدامكِ لموقعنا أو إتمامكِ لأي عملية شراء، فإنكِ توافقين على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.

١. قبول الشروط

باستخدام الموقع أو الشراء منه، فإنكِ تقرّين بأنكِ قرأتِ هذه الشروط وتوافقين عليها بالكامل. إذا كنتِ لا توافقين على أي بند، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.

٢. المنتجات والأسعار

نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو المنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
الصور المعروضة هي للتوضيح فقط، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلاً بسبب إعدادات الشاشة.
في حال نفاد منتج بعد تأكيد الطلب، سنتواصل معكِ فوراً لتقديم بديل أو استرداد المبلغ.

٣. الطلبات والدفع

تأكيد الطلب لا يُعدّ التزاماً نهائياً بالتوريد إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع.
نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery) والدفع الإلكتروني عبر الوسائل المتاحة على الموقع.
في حال فشل عملية الدفع الإلكتروني، لا يتم تأكيد الطلب تلقائياً.

٤. الشحن والتوصيل

تسري سياسة الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بنا على جميع الطلبات. يُرجى مراجعة سياسة الشحن للاطلاع على التفاصيل الكاملة.

٥. الإرجاع والاستبدال

يحق لكِ إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية.
لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التي استُخدمت أو غُسلت أو أُزيلت بطاقاتها لأسباب صحية وأمان.
لمبادرة الإرجاع، تواصلي معنا أولاً عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.

٦. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

نلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث إلا لأغراض التوصيل أو ما تقتضيه المتطلبات القانونية. راجعي سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد من التفاصيل.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع من صور وشعارات ونصوص هي ملك حصري لـ Bra Secret ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

٨. المسؤولية المحدودة

لا تتحمل Bra Secret المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات خارج نطاق تعليمات الاستخدام.

٩. التعديلات

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تعديلات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر مراجعة.
