Coverage
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Estimated Delivery Times

| Greater Cairo & Giza | 1 – 3 business days |
| Major Governorates | 2 – 5 business days |
| Remote Governorates | 3 – 7 business days |
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available when the minimum order value is met (announced on the website).
- Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are prepared within 1 – 2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number once your order ships.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will contact you to reschedule. Up to 3 attempts are made before the shipment is returned.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.

مواعيد التوصيل

رسوم الشحن
- الشحن مجاني عند بلوغ الحد الأدنى للطلب المُعلَن على الموقع.
- رسوم الشحن تظهر بوضوح عند إتمام الطلب.
معالجة الطلبات
- يتم تجهيز طلبك خلال ١ – ٢ يوم عمل من تأكيد الدفع.
- الطلبات بعد الساعة ٥ مساءً تُعالَج يوم العمل التالي.
- ستصلك رسالة تأكيد برقم التتبع فور الشحن.
فشل التوصيل
في حال تعذُّر التوصيل، سيتواصل معكِ المندوب لإعادة الجدولة. يتم إجراء حتى ٣ محاولات قبل إعادة الشحنة.
تلف أو فقدان الشحنة
إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً، تواصلي معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام مع إرسال صور للمنتج، وسنتكفل بالحل فوراً.
