Return & Refund Policy

At Bra Secret, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags are still attached.
  • Item is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Return is requested within 14 days of receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed items.
  • Items with removed tags.
  • Items purchased as Final Sale.
  • Swimwear and direct intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Send clear photos of the item and the issue.
  • We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. We will send return instructions within 24 hours.
  4. Ship the item back in secure packaging.

6. Refund Timeline

7. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or incorrect item: Free — fully covered by us.
  • Change of mind return: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

8. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color:

  • Same return conditions apply.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

في Bra Secret رضاكِ هو أولويتنا. إذا لم تكوني راضية عن طلبكِ لأي سبب، نحن هنا لمساعدتكِ.

١. مدة الإرجاع

يحق لكِ طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

٢. شروط قبول الإرجاع

لقبول طلب الإرجاع، يجب استيفاء الشروط التالية:

  • المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مغسول.
  • البطاقات (Tags) لا تزال مثبتة على المنتج.
  • المنتج في عبوته الأصلية وبحالة ممتازة.
  • مرور أقل من ١٤ يوماً على الاستلام.

٣. منتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها

لأسباب صحية وأمان، لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات التالية:

  • المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة.
  • المنتجات التي أُزيلت بطاقاتها.
  • المنتجات المشتراة بخصم نهائي (Final Sale).
  • ملابس السباحة والمنتجات الداخلية المباشرة لأسباب صحية.

٤. المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا وصلكِ منتج تالف أو مختلف عما طلبتِ:

  • تواصلي معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام.
  • أرسلي صوراً واضحة للمنتج والمشكلة.
  • سنتكفل بالاستبدال الفوري أو الاسترداد الكامل على نفقتنا.

٥. طريقة طلب الإرجاع

١. تواصلي معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني. ٢. أرسلي رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع مع الصور إن لزم. ٣. سنرسل لكِ تعليمات الإرجاع خلال ٢٤ ساعة. ٤. أرسلي المنتج في عبوة محكمة الإغلاق.

٦. استرداد المبلغ

٧. رسوم الإرجاع

  • الإرجاع بسبب عيب في المنتج: مجاناً بالكامل على حسابنا.
  • الإرجاع برغبة العميلة: رسوم الشحن على العميلة.

٨. الاستبدال

إذا أردتِ استبدال المنتج بمقاس أو لون مختلف:

  • نفس شروط الإرجاع تُطبَّق.
  • الاستبدال متاح حسب توفر المخزون.
  • فرق السعر (إن وجد) يُسدَّد أو يُسترد.
